Hero's Life Quest Account Deletion

Hero's Life Quest users can request deletion of their account and associated personal app data.

Request Deletion in the App

1. Open Hero's Life Quest.
2. Open Options/Settings.
3. Unlock Account & Privacy with the account owner's password.
4. Select Request Account Deletion.
5. Confirm the request.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email coreforgestudiossupport@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Hero's Life Quest account. Use the subject Hero's Life Quest Account Deletion Request.

Core Forge Studios may request reasonable verification before deleting an account.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You may request deletion of specific personal app data while keeping your Hero's Life Quest account active. This can include a character and its associated progress, journals or journal entries, routines, goals, radar items, quests, pathways, affirmations, uploaded images, or other personal content you identify.

Email coreforgestudiossupport@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject Hero's Life Quest Partial Data Deletion Request and describe the data you want deleted. Do not include passwords or other sensitive authentication information.

Core Forge Studios may request reasonable verification and clarification before completing the request. Verified partial-data deletion requests will be completed within 30 days. Deleting selected data may also remove related progress or dependent records and may not be reversible.

Data That Is Deleted

• The authentication account and account profile.
• Characters and their settings, progress, statistics, and achievements.
• Routines, routine completions, goals, radar items, quests, pathways, journals, affirmations, top 10 lists, storyline progress, and other personal app content.
• Family membership references and personal recommendations associated with the account.
• Profile pictures and custom avatars associated with the account.

Limited Retention

Deleted information may remain in access-restricted backups for up to 90 days before those backups expire or are overwritten. Backup copies are not used to restore a deleted account. Limited transaction, consent, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained longer only when required for the stated purpose and do not include child-created content unless preservation is legally required.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests will be completed in active production systems within 30 days. Locally cached information can be removed from a device by uninstalling the app after the account deletion is complete.

After successful processing, Core Forge Studios keeps only a privacy-safe completion record containing operational dates, the processor version, and the backup-expiry deadline. The request email, authentication identifier, notes, and request metadata are cleared from that record.
